The Expert Session App is changing the way we learn by connecting experts in any field with learners for personalized 1:1 video sessions. This app is truly a one-stop shop, offering an easy-to-use booking system, a built-in video meeting room, messaging features, and seamless payment through Stripe. Browsing the expert marketplace, picking an expert, booking a session, and joining the video call is all incredibly straightforward.
As the UX/UI designer for this project, my goal was to make the app intuitive and user-friendly. We tested our designs with real users, gathering feedback from experts on everything from onboarding and profile creation to the quality of the session rooms. Listening to their insights helped us create an app that’s easy and enjoyable to use. The end result is a platform that not only makes learning effective but also builds meaningful connections between experts and learners.
