Problem Statement
Create a best-in-class native and mobile web experience to improve customer experience in relation to immediate needs/help, account & document services, introduce new payment services (Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay), personalized information for life, home, business and transportation needs, tracking insurance claims and streamline business operation to decrease customer service efforts.
Design Overview
The overarching principles for this new app were to make it a 24/7, self-service and convenient native (iOS & Android) solution, transforming the customer experience for insurance service and information to better serve and connect with Travellers clients.
